Link of Loki – Bracelet
Loke is one of the hardest figures to describe and the Hollywood version has many big flaws. In the Faroese folklore Loka Táttur, Loki is described as a positive (but always cunning) figure. Loke's father was the giant Farbaute and his mother the giantess Laufey. His brothers were Byleist and Helblinde. For a long time, he was friends with the gods and even joined the foster brotherhood with Odin.
One theory is that the name is linked to an Old Norse word with the meaning 'close' or 'complete', which could then refer to his role as the one who produces the downfall and end in Ragnarök.
The wristlet from Lynx & Wood is a tribute to the watchful eyes of Loki.
