Klintastaven – Necklace with personal engraving/etching

A staff of power.
Klintastaven was found in 1957 during an excavation on the Swedish island Öland. 
The staff dates to the Viking Age and was found in a tomb. The original staff is made of iron and about 80 cm long. Rods are unusual objects but are found mainly in women's graves. The cliff staff probably belonged to a very powerful woman on Öland who used it to exercise ger power. This necklace is perfect for etching your personal text on.
