Valkyries are female beings in Norse mythology who brought the dead on the battlefield to the world of the gods. A valkyrie was a pa religious-historical term meaning "soul-driver". Half of the selected fighters got to come to Odin's Valhall and a half to Freyjas Folkvang. This necklace is a tribute to those females
